City of Bradford, PA Chapter 147 Nuisances

Article I Summary Nuisance Abatement Procedure

§ 147-1 Title.

This article shall be known and cited as the "Summary Nuisance Abatement Procedure to Finally Determine Statement of Costs."

§ 147-2 Procedure.

All timely filed written objections, upon the expiration of the twenty-day lien period in Section 127A10(b)[1], shall follow the same procedure as that in that in the Bradford City Board of Health Regulations, § A239-13, titled Appeals, and § A239-14, titled Recordation.

§ 147-3 Severability.

The provisions of this chapter shall be severable. If any provisions or phrases shall be held unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions or phrases.

§ 147-4 Effective date.

Ordained and enacted into law by the City Council of the City of Bradford on this day: Introduced this 26th day of September, 2023; finally passed this 10th day of October, 2023.
