Pursuant to Sections 411 and 504 of the Stockton City Charter,
there is hereby established an Economic Development Department for
the City of Stockton, which shall consist of a Division of Economic
Development, a Division of Housing, a Division of Redevelopment, and
such other divisions, offices, officers, and employees as the City
Council may from time to time by resolution designate.
