It shall be unlawful to sell, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in and upon the premises of Mary Lillian Longenbaugh Memorial Park, within the city. Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be deeded to be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-13.
