Within ten days from date of issuance of a permit, the owner
shall cause to be painted on the left and right sides of said tow
truck the name, city and state and telephone number of the tow truck
business in letters contrasting with the color of the tow truck. Each
letter shall be at least two inches by 5/16inches in size.

No person shall solicit in any manner, directly or indirectly,
on the streets of the city, the business of towing any vehicle which
is wrecked or disabled on a public street, regardless of whether the
solicitation is for the purpose of soliciting the business of towing,
removing, repairing, wrecking, storing, trading or purchasing said
vehicle.

The applicant shall procure and keep in full force and effect,
a policy of insurance as required in V.T.C.A., Occupations Code § 2308.001
et seq.

If there are any delinquent taxes due to the city upon any tow
truck or business for which such permit or license is sought, or if
the owner thereof has failed to render same for ad valorem taxation,
the permit will not be issued until such taxes are paid.
