It is unlawful for any person to discharge any fire-arm within the following described area of the unincorporated territory of the county of Lassen: in Township 30 N, Range 12 E, M.D.M.: the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 and the south 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 19; the east 1/2 of the northwest 1/4, the west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4, the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4, the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 and those portions of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 and the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 30 lying west of Cherry Terrace or north of Meadowbrook Drive and west of Paiute Lane in T 30 N, R 11 S, the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 and the north 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 25, provided, that this section is not intended to define the roadway traversing the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, M.D.M., which is the northwesterly continuation of Paiute Lane in said quarter-quarter section, as a public street within a prohibited area of unincorporated territory within the meaning of Section 12031 of the California Penal Code.

A violation of any provision of this chapter is declared to be an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars.
