No person shall urinate or evacuate his or her bowels on private property in an area exposed to public view or on any public street, sidewalk, alley, park or other public place except in a public restroom.

A. 
No person shall appear, bathe, sunbathe, walk or be in any public park, playground, street or other public land, or in any private property open to public view from any public right-of-way, public street, public park or public land, in such a manner that the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus, anal region of pubic hair region of any person is exposed to public view or is not covered by an opaque covering.
B. 
The provisions of this section shall not apply to:
1. 
Children under the age of 10 years;
2. 
Live theatrical performances performed in a theater, concert hall, or other similar establishment located on public land.
