It is deemed in the best interest of the city of Brentwood that it request the application of the provisions of Sections 51-2.202 through 51-2.1202 of the Food and Agricultural Code of the state of California as amended, and it requests the board of supervisors that said sections of said code as heretofore and hereafter amended apply throughout the city of Brentwood, which sections as amended are adopted.
