It is unlawful for any person who owns, operates, manages or works in or about premises for which the State has issued a retailer's on-sale license for the sale of alcoholic beverages, while in or about said premises, to purchase, accept, receive or acquire any jewelry, watches, cameras, firearms, clothing or similar articles of personal property.
