Except as otherwise amended in this chapter, Ordinance No. 9979
of the county of Los Angeles entitled "Airport Ordinance," as adopted
March 24, 1970, is adopted as the city airport ordinance and may be
cited as such.
Three copies of such county Ordinance No. 9979, all certified
to be true copies thereof by the city clerk, are on deposit in the
office of the city clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the
city clerk for use and examination by the public. References to section
numbers and amendments to the city airport ordinance are declared
to be references to the section numbers contained in the county airport
ordinance.

The following amendments are made to the airport ordinance adopted
by this chapter:
A. Section
4 is amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 4. Basis of Regulations. The regulations imposed pursuant
to Section 56 are imposed by the County of Los Angeles as Operator
of and in charge of, all of the County airports as conditions upon
the privilege of being present upon, or using any County airport.
Every person who violates any such conditions is a trespasser ab initio
and may be excluded from the airport upon which the violation of such
condition occurs."
B. Section
7 is amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 7. Penalty. Any person within the incorporated territory
of the City of San Dimas who violates any provision of this ordinance,
the conditions of any permit issued pursuant thereto, or any rule
or regulation relating to airports, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon
conviction thereof he shall be punishable by a fine of not less than
five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment
in the County jail for not less than five days nor more than six months,
or by both such fine and imprisonment. Every day, during any portion
of which, any violation of such provision of this ordinance or of
such regulation is committed, continued, or permitted, shall constitute
such violation a separate offense."
