Except as otherwise amended in this chapter, the Uniform Building
Security Code, 1997 Edition, and appendices thereto, prepared by the
International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted as the
San Dimas Building Security Code and may be cited as such.
Each and all of the regulations, and provisions, terms and conditions
of such Uniform Building Security Code are referred to and made a
part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
Three copies of such code are on file in the office of the building
official, and shall at all times be maintained by the city clerk for
the use and examination of the public. References to section numbers
and amendments are declared to be references to section numbers contained
in such Uniform Building Security Code.
