Except as provided in this chapter, the California Green Standards
Code, 2022 Edition as published by the California Building Standards
Commission, shall be and become the Green Building Standards Code
of the City, regulating and controlling the planning, design, operation,
use and occupancy of every newly constructed building or structure
in the City. The California Green Building Standards Code shall be
on file for public examination in the office of the building official.

Code is hereby adopted with no amendments.
