Except as otherwise amended in this chapter, the Uniform Code for Building Conservation, 1994 Edition, and appendices thereto, published and prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted as the San Dimas building conservation code, and may be cited as such.
Each and all of the regulations, provisions, terms and conditions of such Uniform Building Conservation Code are referred to and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
Three copies of such code are on file in the office of the city clerk and shall at all times be maintained by the city clerk for the use and examination of the public. Reference to section numbers and amendments are declared to be references to the section numbers contained in such Uniform Building Conservation Code.
