For purposes of this title:
means the Director or the person appointed by the City Manager
or Director to fulfill the functions of City Engineer required by
law, this code, or assigned by City Council, City Manager, or Director.
means the Director of Engineering of the City of Santee and
any subsequent title for this department head, the City Engineer,
or designee. In the event that this position is vacant or eliminated
by the City, the Director shall be the City Manager or designee.
