The provisions of this title and applicable permits, fees and
inspection herein are limited to street sewers and house connection
laterals to the property line only. All inspection and permits covering
the building sewer from the property line to the building are covered
under the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1961 Edition, as amended, and fall
within the jurisdiction of the building director.
