The city adopts by reference the Arrow Highway specific plan
pursuant to Ordinance 2031. The Arrow Highway specific plan identifies
land use districts, with a matrix of permitted and conditionally permitted
uses. The Arrow Highway specific plan establishes development standards,
parking standards, design guidelines, a mobility and infrastructure
component, administration and implementation plan, and other requirements
to ensure the orderly development of the specific plan area.
