In order to carry out the provisions of this division, the city
is divided into the following districts:
A. Residential
R-1, limited one-family;
B. Residential
R-2, limited multiple-family;
C. Residential
R-2A, gardening and agricultural;
D. Residential
R-4, multiple-family;
E. Residential
PUD, planned unit development;
F. Office
and institution, C-O district;
G. Planned
neighborhood shopping, C-P district;
H. General
commercial, C-1 district;
I. Commercial
highway, C-H district;
J. Light
industrial, I-1 district;
K. Heavy
industrial, I-2 district;
L. Mobile
home park, MHP district;
M. Agricultural,
AG district; and

The boundaries and zoning classifications of districts established
are as shown on a map entitled, Zoning District Map of the city of
Riverton, Wyoming, dated June 12, 2007, as amended from time to time,
which map and all notations, references, data and other information
shown thereon are by reference made a part of this chapter.
A. District
boundary lines are section lines; lot lines; the center lines of highways,
streets, alleys, railroad rights-of-way or such lines extended; municipal
corporate lines; natural boundary lines, such as streams; or other
lines drawn to scale on the official zoning district map.
B. The
official zoning district map shall be kept up to date by the city,
and copies of the map shall be available for public use.

Any owner seeking a zoning change shall pay to the city an administrative
processing fee, amount of fee set by city council resolution, at the
time of filing a request for zoning change.
