A. 
Height. Solar panels and related installation equipment and appliances (solar energy system) shall not exceed height limitations for the zoning designation in which the system is located.
B. 
Area. Solar panels and related installation equipment and appliances (solar energy system) shall be considered part of the building and not cause to exceed the lot area limitations for the zoning designation in which the system is located.
