Ordinance No. NS-514 of the County, relating to swimming pool services, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public record and inspection, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in this chapter in full, subject, however, to any amendments, additions, or deletions set forth in this chapter, and said Ordinance No. NS-514 shall be known as the Swimming Pool Service Ordinance of the Town.

For the purposes of the Swimming Pool Services Ordinance of the Town, the term Health Officer means the Health Officer of the County.

The adoption of the Swimming Pool Services Ordinance by the Town shall not be deemed to prohibit any person from cleaning swimming pool bottoms, walls, and steps by means of brushing or vacuuming, nor from skimming foreign matter by mechanical means from the surface of pool waters.
