No person shall drill or enlarge any water well, or subsequently use the water from such well, except upon compliance with this code and the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, or other appropriate State agency regulating water well installation and use.[1]

Water from such well shall be used only for domestic purposes on the premises where the well is located.

No individual, to include corporations, partnerships or joint ventures, or any other form of business association, shall enter into any contract to commercially mine, sell, produce or pump water from within the confines of the municipality of Slaughterville, to any other person or entity, without specific permission from the Board of Trustees.
