The city council chambers are located in City Hall at 320 West
Newmark Avenue. Unless otherwise provided in accordance with applicable
law, all meetings will be held within the city council chambers.

The offices of the city clerk and of the city treasurer are
located at 320 West Newmark Avenue.

The city council may, upon recommendation by the city manager,
adopt a resolution establishing various city departments and divisions.
Such resolution will constitute the city's administrative code and
should be reviewed at least every two years.

Unless otherwise provided by city council resolution action,
city offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on all holidays.
Except as otherwise provided by city council resolution or direction
by the city manager, city offices are open to the public for business
from eight a.m. to five p.m. on all business days.
