§ 3.50.010 Fees for damage, loss.

Any public library of the city is authorized by the city to charge fees, in an amount to be determined by resolution of the city council, for damages to or loss of personal property including but not limited to books, audiocassettes, videocassettes, etc.

§ 3.50.020 Fees for overdue items.

Any public library of the city is authorized by the city to charge fees, in an amount to be determined by resolution of the city council, for library items not returned by the date designated by the library for return.

Any public library of the city is authorized by the city to charge fees, in an amount to be determined by resolution of the city council, for the rental of videocassettes.

Any public library of the city is authorized by the city to charge fees, in an amount to be determined by resolution of the city council, for lost borrower cards and/or the temporary issuance of borrower cards.
