The city manager, or designee, will develop a written policy and procedure to provide for advance reservations for park bench picnic facilities located at Barnes Park, Elder Park, Garvey Ranch Park, Highlands Parks, and Sierra Vista Park. The reservation policy should provide that reservations may be taken no earlier than ninety days before the requested date.

Signs shall be posted at the respective park facilities providing: (1) information regarding the making of advance reservations; (2) that persons with reservations shall have the exclusive right to use said reserved park picnic facilities; and (3) that the violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
