§ 17.01.010 Fire Code adopted by reference.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.9, the City Council incorporates by reference the California Fire Code, 2022 Edition ("CFC"), as published at Title 24, Part 9, of the California Code of Regulations. The CFC, as adopted by the MPMC, includes Appendices Chapter 4, B, C, D, and O.
