With the exception of Chapter 10.90 relating to fees for service and activities, and except as hereinafter may be provided, Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code and as it may be amended from time to time, regulating the licensing, impounding, maintaining, sale and exhibition of animals, is adopted and shall be part of the animal code of the city. Animal keeping and animal clubs in residential zones shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 11.32 of this code. Animal and bird noise shall be governed by Section 5.02.050(C) of this code. Animal control fees shall be adopted by city council resolution.

Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code, as adopted in Section 4.08.010, is amended throughout to delete references to "Section 10.90.010" and, in each occurrence, shall be replaced with, "fees as established by resolution of the city council of the city of La Cañada Flintridge."

Any violation of Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code as adopted in Section 4.08.010 shall be punishable as a misdemeanor or an infraction subject to the fines and related penalties of Chapter 1.04 of this code, and/or as an administrative citation, subject to the fines set forth in Chapter 1.07 of this code.
