Beamer Street shall be the starting point for numbers on all buildings fronting streets running north and south. West Street shall be the starting point for numbers on all buildings fronting on the streets running east and west.
(Prior code § 20-10-2)
The numbers on the west and south sides of the streets shall be even numbers, and on the north and east sides of the streets shall be odd numbers.
(Prior code § 20-10-3)
Number "1" shall be the starting number for all streets intersecting with Beamer Street or West Street. For example, the starting number on the block between West Street and Grand Avenue on Main Street shall be "2" on the south side and "1" on the north side; and on the block between Grand Avenue and Cleveland Street on Main Street, the starting number at Grand Avenue shall be "102" on the south side and "101" on the north side, and so on in like manner to the east boundary line of the City. Where any street does not intersect with Beamer Street or West Street the starting number for such street shall correspond to the starting numbers in the same block on streets running parallel thereto.
