An applicant may apply for a conditional use permit pursuant to Chapter 11.5.20: Development Permits and Chapter 11.5.10: General Procedures to develop hotel and/or service commercial uses on property within the Commercial/Park Overlay District. Seventy percent of any parcel within this zone shall be devoted to park uses with unrestricted access to the public.
