The Board shall hear appeal orders, decisions, or determinations made by the Building Official relative to the application and interpretation of the non-administrative (technical) requirements of the California Building Code. The Appeals Board shall hear appeals pursuant to the procedures contained in Chapter 15.03 of this Code.
The
Board shall meet at City Hall or at such other location as may be
designated In advance by the Board. The Board shall meet at such time
and day as the Board may establish, and as frequently as necessary
to carry out the purposes of the Board.
The
Board shall cause proper records to be kept of its minutes, actions,
findings and determinations. The records shall be forwarded to the
City Clerk for filing.
