All marina-related safety and sanitation requirements shall
be consistent with the requirements of the Connecticut Public Health
Code as may be amended from time to time.

All marina-related water and sewage requirements shall be consistent
with the requirements of the Connecticut Public Health Code as may
be amended from time to time.

All marina-related toilet facility requirements shall be consistent
with the requirements of the Connecticut Public Health Code as may
be amended from time to time.

Any person who violates this article or any provision hereof shall be punished in accordance with section 1-10.
