It is unlawful for any person in the unincorporated territory
of the County, to falsely represent himself to be an officer, deputy
or Clerk of the County, or of any Department thereof, or to falsely
represent himself or another to be a deputy, agent, investigator or
representative of, or to be connected with, or employed by, the County,
or any Department thereof.

A uniform substantially similar to the official uniform of members
of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department shall not be worn by
any person except federal, state, or local officers when so designated
as their official uniform, authorized members of the Sacramento County
Sheriff's Department or other persons authorized by the sheriff of
Sacramento County.
A uniform shall be deemed substantially similar to the uniform
of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department if it so resembles the
official uniform as to cause an ordinary reasonable person to believe
that the person wearing the uniform is a member of the Sacramento
County Sheriff's Department.
It shall be deemed prima facie evidence of substantial similarity
to the uniform of the Sheriff's Department if an unauthorized uniform
consists of a black coloration of trousers, shirt and jacket.
The violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.
