A uniform shall be deemed substantially similar to the uniform of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department if it so resembles the official uniform as to cause an ordinary reasonable person to believe that the person wearing the uniform is a member of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
It shall be deemed prima facie evidence of substantial similarity to the uniform of the Sheriff's Department if an unauthorized uniform consists of a black coloration of trousers, shirt and jacket.
The violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.
