A plan, drawn to scale, indicating how the off-street parking and loading requirements are to be fulfilled, shall accompany the site plans submitted pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 11, Article 3 (Design Review) and Chapter 11, Article 4 (Conditional Use Permit). The plan shall show all those elements necessary to show that the requirements are being fulfilled and shall include the following:
A. Delineation of individual standard, compact, disabled parking spaces and loading spaces.
B. Circulation area necessary to serve parking spaces.
C. Access to streets and property to be served.
D. Proposed and existing curb cuts.
E. All planned transportation features (such as acceleration lanes and traffic signals).
F. Dimensions, continuity and substance of screening.
G. Grading, drainage, surfacing and subgrading details.
H. Delineation of obstacles to parking and circulation in finished parking area.
I. Specifications as to signs and bumper guards.
J. Trip generation or appropriate traffic studies if required by the City of Klamath Falls Public Works Design Engineering Standards.
K. Lighting plan showing location, size, style and other applicable information.
L. Other information as deemed necessary by the Director.
