Drainage facilities shall be provided as part of land development subject to Chapters 10 through 14 of the CDO. Design of drainage shall be subject to the requirements of the City of Klamath Falls Public Works Engineering Standards.

If a land development is traversed by a watercourse, such as a drainage way, channel or stream, there shall be provided a stormwater easement or drainage right-of-way conforming substantially to the lines of the watercourse, as is determined by a certified engineer.
