Whenever any ordinance or resolution of this City designates any one-way street or alley, the Transportation Engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. It is hereby declared that the direction of travel shall be as set forth on those streets or parts of streets designated in a schedule as set forth in Section 10.60.030. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a vehicle in a direction on any of those streets, except as indicated by the signs.
