(a)
The city hereby establishes that the City Manager, City Secretary,
City Attorney and any other officers or agents authorized by the governing
body shall report to the Mayor and City Council to the extent allowed
by law.
(b)
The City Council shall adopt an Organizational Chart to reflect
the supervisory relationships. The City Manager will be direct supervisor
for Department Heads such as: Chief of Police, Municipal Court Administrator,
Finance Director/Treasurer, Public Works Director, Director of Communications
and Community Engagement, Human Resources Director, Building Official,
IT Coordinator and Planning and Development Director.
