Violations of this title, any regulation promulgated under Chapter 31.20 or 31.30, or any posted traffic control or regulatory sign or device may be enforced pursuant to Chapters 1.25 and 1.28 of this Code.
In addition to any other enforcement authority, Chapter 31.40 may be enforced by the Public Works Director or any employee to whom the director has delegated responsibility for enforcement of that chapter.
