Every person submitting a tentative map shall pay a processing fee in the amount of one hundred dollars plus twenty-five dollars for each lot shown on the tentative map. If additional lots or acres are added before processing of the map is completed, the fee shall be increased in accordance with said schedule. If a revised map is substituted for an approved or conditionally approved map, an additional fee equal to one-fourth of the original fee shall be paid for processing the revised map.
