Crescent City, CA Chapter 14.32 SURPLUS SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

§ 14.32.010 Authority to sell surplus supplies and equipment.

The city manager or designee is authorized to dispose of supplies or equipment which cannot be used for any department or which have become unsuitable for city use, or to exchange the same for, or trade the same on, new supplies or equipment, all in accordance with city-adopted policies.

§ 14.32.020 Transfer of supplies or equipment between departments.

The city manager or designee is authorized to transfer supplies or equipment from one department of the city to another.
