The
2007 edition of the California Mechanical Code, as published by the
International Code Council and the International Association of Plumbing
and Mechanical Officials, is adopted by reference as the mechanical
code of the city, and each and all of the regulations, provisions,
penalties and conditions and terms of such code are referred to, adopted
and made a part of this chapter as if fully set out in this section.
B.
One
printed copy of such California Mechanical Code is on file as required
by state law.
