No person or persons, firm, association or corporation shall exhibit for money any moving picture or motion-picture show, exhibition or performance or theatrical exhibition or performance in the Village of Island Park without having first obtained a license therefor. The Mayor of the Village is hereby empowered to issue such license to the person applying therefor in the form and manner provided by law, and to specify therein in the name of the Village a license fee as set from time to time by the Board of Trustees for each and every place wherein such show, exhibition or performance shall take place. Every such license shall be countersigned by the Clerk and shall have endorsed thereon the receipt of the Treasurer showing to him the payment of such fee.
Any person committing an offense against this article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

No person or persons, firm, association or corporation occupying or conducting a theater, opera house, music hall, moving-picture house, church or place of amusement shall allow or permit any seats, chairs or other articles to be placed in any part of the aisles in said theater, opera, music hall, moving-picture house, church or place of amusement whatsoever. No person or persons, firm, association or corporation occupying or conducting any such theater, opera house, music hall, moving-picture house, church, or place of amusement shall allow or permit any person or persons to stand or to be seated or remain in any aisle in said church, theater, opera house, music hall, moving-picture house or other place of amusement.
