The official seal of the city shall be in the form of a die
approximately one and one-half inches in diameter, the face of which
is as set forth below.

It is unlawful for any person to make or use the seal of the
City, or reproduction thereof, for any purpose other than for the
official business of the City, its Council, officers or departments.

or permanently, the official seal of the City, or reproduction thereof,
or any representation or near representation thereof, on any privately
owned vehicle, unless express written consent is first obtained from
the City Manager to do so.

It is unlawful for any person to use the seal of the City, or
reproduction thereof, or any representation or near representation
thereof, for any political purpose, including, but not limited to,
any political mailer or handout.

It is unlawful for any person to use the seal of the City, or
reproduction thereof, or any representation or near representation
thereof, for the purpose of defrauding or misleading anyone into believing
they are dealing with a representative of the City.

The City Clerk of the City shall be the official custodian of
the official seal of the City.
