The CC district is intended to provide for the resident serving
needs of the community similar to the CN district, but on parcels
of land more suitable for concentrated commercial activity.

The following uses and structures are permitted in the CC district:
A. All permitted uses and activities set forth in Section
17.22.020 (CN District);
B. Medical,
dental and physical therapy clinics and health clubs and dance studios;
C. Affordable
housing development projects.

The following uses may be permitted subject to obtaining a conditional
use permit:
A. All conditionally permitted uses set forth in Section
17.22.040 (CN District);
B. Restaurants
exceeding interior occupancy of 125;
E. Service
stations, provided no convenience market is included;
F. Cultural
and artistic uses, such as museums, galleries, performing arts studios;
H. Recreational
facilities such as equestrian training and boarding facilities, tennis
and swim clubs, and golf driving ranges;
I. Residential
care facilities for the elderly;
J. Neighborhood-serving construction services with the following regulation (in addition to Section
17.40.080):
Neighborhood-serving construction services shall be located
on a parcel that is at least five acres in net lot area;
K. Public
or private educational institutions.

A. All
new lots created in the CC district shall comply with the following
criteria:
1. Minimum
lot area: five acres.
2. Minimum
lot width: 300 feet.
3. Minimum
lot depth: 500 feet.
B. In
addition to the regulations contained in this chapter, all uses in
the CC district shall be subject to the applicable standards located
in the following chapters:
