No person shall trespass upon the drainage ditch and channel located in the city upon the easement owned by the city and of record in the office of the county surveyor as miscellaneous survey number one.

Section 9.60.010 shall not apply to any entry in the course of duty of any peace officer, nor to any person traversing an existing public sidewalk, street or highway.
