No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any property owned or occupied by another without having, and upon request of a peace officer displaying, written permission from the owner of such property, or his agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof; provided, however, this section shall not be applicable to persons having visible or lawful business with said owner, agent or person in lawful possession.
