The septic tank waste disposal site located at 1050 Vernon Way in the city is designated as the authorized site for disposal of septic tank waste material into the city sewer system.

No person shall discharge septic tank waste into the city sewer system at any location within the city other than at the disposal site specified in Section 13.41.010, and no person shall discharge septic tank waste at said site without having first obtained the permit and paid the fees prescribed by Section 13.41.030.

The violation of any provision of this chapter is deemed to be a public nuisance and may be abated in accordance with Chapter 1.16 of this code.
