No person shall erect, maintain or use any sports, play or construction equipment on any part of any roadway or highway.

No person shall dump, throw, shovel or deposit snow or ice onto the travel lane of any highway or street.

No person shall dump, throw, shovel or deposit any debris, waste, grass, leaves or construction materials onto any highway, street or drainage ditch, except that leaves may be piled at the curb for collection during the months of October, November and December.

No person shall operate any motorized vehicle on any sidewalk, public trail or open space belonging to Richland Township.

No person shall repair, dismantle, inspect or perform service work on any vehicle while on any highway, street or property of Richland Township.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each Section of this Par, which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
