The Board of Supervisors hereby grants SCT a nonexclusive cable franchise subject to the cable franchise agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, including all the terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize the execution of such agreement.[1]

In the event any section of this article is invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the balance of this article.
This article shall become effective in accordance with Pennsylvania law, or on the respective effective dates of the fully executed cable franchise agreement, whichever is later.

The Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast attached as Exhibit A, including all of the terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize the execution of such agreement.[1]
