• A permit is valid for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of issuance. Permits must be renewed within ten (10)
days of the expiration of the previously issued permit. An updated
application and registration renewal fee must be submitted for renewal.

• Governmental and public educational sites are exempt
from all permit fees, false alarm charges, service fees, and fines
that are assessed under this article as long as the entity has a valid
alarm permit, but shall comply with all other requirements of this
article.

Liquid propane portable container permit (retail)
|
Display: $150 per display
A plan submittal by the owner is required prior to inspection.
Fees include plan review, one final inspection, and a permit. If a
red tag is issued to the contractor during an inspection, there will
be a reinspection fee of up to $250 for each reinspection.
