The 2026 Fee Schedule is hereby adopted as the fee schedule for the applications, permits and other activities specifically described, effective January 1, 2026, and to remain in effect until further revised by the Board of Supervisors. All resolutions or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith are expressly repealed.

East Lampeter Township and East Lampeter Sewer Authority Engineer and Solicitor fees - standard rates charged by the engineering and legal firms appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
Escrow funds are utilized to pay the invoices received from the Township Engineer for review of a proposed project. Any unused escrow funds will be returned to the applicant. Any deficiency will be billed to the applicant.
