No person shall intentionally do any of the following, wholly or partially based upon discrimination:
(a) 
Deny full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages and accommodations of any business establishment;
(b) 
Deny the credit of a business establishment to any person;
(c) 
Make, print, publish, advertise, or disseminate in any way, or cause the same, any notice, statement or advertisement with respect to any business establishment which states that the business establishment engages in or will engage in prohibited discrimination.
