No person shall intentionally, on the basis of discrimination, in whole or in part, do any of the following:
(a)
Real estate transactions.
(1)
Interrupt, terminate or fail or refuse to initiate or conduct any real estate transaction,
(2)
Require different terms for such transaction,
(3)
Include in any document connected with a real estate transaction a clause requiring or permitting discrimination,
(4)
Falsely represent that an interest in real property is not available for a real estate transaction in connection therewith;
(b)
Lending of money, etc.
(1)
Refuse to lend money, guarantee a loan, accept a deed of trust or mortgage, or otherwise refuse to make available funds for the purchase, acquisition, construction, alteration, rehabilitation, repair or maintenance of real property,
(2)
Impose different conditions on such financing,
(3)
Refuse to provide title or other insurance relating to the ownership or use of any interest in real property;
(c)
Refuse or restrict facilities, services, repairs or improvements for any tenant or lessee;
(d)
Make, print, publish, advertise or disseminate, in any way, any notice, statement or advertisement with respect to a transaction or proposed transaction in real property, or with respect to financing related to any such transaction, which states that any unlawful real estate practice as defined in this section will be engaged in.
