4.450 Public Health and Sanitation.

No person shall commit any act which threatens, impairs or is dangerous to public health and sanitation or which hampers the city in the promotion and maintenance of public health and sanitation.

4.452 Fountains.

No person shall defile or damage in any manner whatsoever any drinking fountain used by the public.

4.454 Spitting.

No person shall spit or expectorate on any sidewalk or building.
